Quantum 4599 is a fast-dry epoxy/urethane primer sealer designed for spot, panel, and overall repairs. It provides excellent flow and levelling, topcoat holdout, and fast overcoat and nib sanding times. Can also be used as the finish primer for properly prepared gelcoat and fiberglass surfaces where fairing and surfacing are not required.
Is part of a two part system must use 99-A-100 activate the base and complete the system. The mix ratio for the system is 4 parts Quantum 4599 and 1 part 99-A-100 spray activator.
