Shipping policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Carriers All shipments are FOB Quantum Paint's warehouse. We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package size, weight, and destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Ground: 2–7 business days
- Expedited (2-Day): 2 business days NON HAZMAT ONLY
- Overnight: 1 business day NON HAZMAT ONLY
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or high volume periods are outside our control.
Hazardous Materials Some products (including epoxy resins, solvents, and chemical compounds) are classified as hazardous materials and are subject to shipping restrictions. These items:
- Cannot be shipped via air (expedited or overnight options unavailable)
- Cannot be shipped internationally in all cases
- Must comply with DOT and carrier hazmat regulations
Hazmat items will be clearly noted on the product page. If your order contains restricted items, we will contact you to confirm the appropriate shipping method.
Freight & Large Orders Orders exceeding standard carrier weight/size limits may ship via freight. We will contact you prior to shipment to arrange delivery for freight orders.
Shipping Damage & Loss All shipments are packaged to meet carrier guidelines and should arrive in the same condition they left our warehouse. We are not responsible for carrier damage or loss once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier. If you require additional shipping protection (insurance), please contact us before placing your order and we will arrange coverage at your cost.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us at orders@quantumpaint.com within 48 hours of delivery.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees. Hazardous materials cannot be shipped internationally in all cases — please contact us before ordering to confirm eligibility.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
