Quantum45 Epoxy Primer Base is a two-part epoxy primer that fills, adheres, and protects against corrosion on wood and fiberglass. Available in off-white and gray, it's perfect for marine and heavy-duty applications.

📐 How Much Do I Need?

Mixing Ratio: Mix 1 part primer base with 1 part Quantum45 Activator (1:1 ratio)

For Spray or Roll Application: Add 20% SR-45 Primer Reducer to mixed product

Coverage: Approximately 300-400 sq ft per gallon (mixed product, 2 coats)

For Your Boat:

• UP TO 18ft boat hull: 1 quart base + 1 quart activator + reducer (2 coats)
• 18-28 ft boat hull: 1 gallon base + 1 gallon activator + reducer (2 coats)
• 40+ ft boat hull: 2+ gallons base + 2+ gallons activator + reducer (2 coats)

🎯 Application Guide

1. Mix 1:1 ratio of primer base to Quantum45 Activator
2. For spray/roll: Add 20% SR-45 Primer Reducer to mixed product
3. Stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes and allow 15 minute induction time prior to adding SR-45 reducer
4. Apply within pot life (check activator instructions)
5. Apply 2 coats for optimal protection
6. Allow proper dry time between coats
